As an inclusive community club, we welcome new members from all walks of life and offer different membership options to suit all needs.
As a member you’ll enjoy all the great facilities the club has on offer, including use of the greens, members prices at the bar and access to free bowls coaching. A great way to start out is to join as a Social Playing Member.
Come down to the Club any Thursday evening (year-round) or late Saturday afternoons during pennant season (Oct to March) to meet some members and ask about joining.

When completed, print the form and bring to the Club to request current members to sign as Proposer and Seconder.
Pennant Teams
Bentleigh Bowling Club has enjoyed great success over recent years and currently has 4 sides on Saturday from Div 1 to Div 8.
There are 3 sides participating in mid-week pennant (Tuesdays). We also played 2 sides in the new shorter format 7-a-side competition on Thursday mornings.
We field 4 sides in the Tuesday night Southern Districts Electric Light competition in Premier Division and Divs 2, 3 and 4.
During the Winter months, we conduct a social bowls competition on Saturday afternoons featuring free raffle tickets and generous prize money!
Expert Coaching
Our club coaches are available to provide expert guidance to beginners and seasoned bowlers. The coaching team are keen to assist new and experienced bowlers to be their best.
Special Events
We have a keen Social Committee who are always looking for ways to keep us entertained when not bowling. We have a program of social events held throughout the year, not just the bowls season. Thursday nights are not just for training during summer, so we’re open every Thursday evening year round for members to socialise.
Starting Out
A great way to start out at Bentleigh Bowling Club is to join as a Social Playing Member where you will have full access to the greens and coaching staff to get you off on the right track. When you’re ready, we’d love to see you progress to competitive pennant bowls and Full Membership.
