At Bentleigh Bowling Club, we aim to make your special occasion a fun, memorable time for you and your guests. Birthdays, engagements, weddings, corporate functions and Xmas breakups are just some of the popular events we have had at the club.
In addition to special events, we can make our facilities available for special interest groups to conduct regular events e.g. Card clubs, Probus groups, business meetings etc. Contact Us to discuss your requirements.

About the Facilities
The Club Room is spacious and is capable of comfortably seating up to 120 guests for meals. The rooms are both air conditioned and heated, making the Bentleigh Bowling Club your ideal venue year round.
The club has generous off-street car parking facilities, and safe street parking is also available in Higgins Rd.
Bentleigh Bowling Club has a well-stocked bar (including no and low alcohol choices) at exceptional prices. If you have any special needs, please discuss them with us and we will do our best to meet them.
Barefoot bowlers are most welcome! We will supply all essential equipment (bowls, mats and kitties). We can even have a couple of experienced members on hand to get you started. To protect the greens, only flat soled shoes (no heels or treads) can be worn, otherwise enjoy the freedom of going barefoot!
Our grass greens are generally open from late August to late May and the new synthetic green is open year round. Two greens have lights allowing bowls to continue well into the evening. Our new deck overlooks the new synthetic green from the bar and offers a great vantage point to watch the bowls for those unable to participate.
The just renovated kitchen is large, with an expansive island bench to make food service a breeze. Commercial scale refrigerators mean that you can bring food in ahead of time to take the stress out of those last hours before your event. Indoor cooking facilities include a brand new 6 burner SMEG cooktop and oven, and you can also make use of our covered outdoor barbecue.
If you do not wish to do your own catering, there are a number of caterers we can refer you to. These caterers are familiar with our facilities, and past customers have provided excellent feedback on their services:

The Club provides a PA system (speakers in lounge, bar and over the greens) with a small stereo attached. Switch on the radio or bring your CDs / iPod / smart phone etc to make your own entertainment. We have also had many successfull functions that hired a small band for entertainment.
We accept payment by cash, cheques, EFT and Visa /Mastercard.
